All you need to lose weight is increase you exercise (especially cardio), decrease your calorie intake to something regular and healthy (cut out the junk), and stop drinking pop and drink more water. And if you’re worried about not getting all your important vitamins every day, just have a vitamin tablet as well

why is it that i drink between 10 to 12 glassses of water i get a bladder infection and in my urine blood comes out .

all I did was: vitamins & exercise and 8 glasses of water, SIMPLE ;D x
skip the water and drink a quart of whiskey a day, you’ll lose all the weight you want after a week
oh sure, i’m drinking water all day and those kilo’s are away!!… naaahh, you must take a healthy diet (with indeed at least 2 litres of water) and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, but i could recommend an hour or 2. 4 days of cardio, 2 days of fitness and one day for your rest. keep this up and you will reach your target in 10 weeks, but you must keep this up, or you will be fat in just 6 month, wich is my experience

Drinking water can absolutely help you lose weight. I’ve seen it many times. Excess fat is your body’s way of buffering excess acidity by keeping it away from vital organs and the bloodstream. Remove the acidity and you’ll no longer need the buffering of the fat. You will then lose the weight. However, the water should be ionized so that it has anti-oxidant and alkaline properties. Tap or bottled water is too oxidizing to do the job and the molecule clusters are too large to hydrate properly.

Drink 1/3 more of the water you usually drink a day. Also you must excersise and diet
She doesnt even sound convinced herself…rubbish. Drinking plenty ofwater can assist in maintaining a heathy diet but not loose weight. The only thing that will do that is diet and exersise, its working for me. This video is misleading…
